Can I Exchange This Hair?

We pride ourselves on our service and stand by the quality of the brands we resell. We have very stringent quality standards and have been know to immediately stop reselling brands that do not meet our quality requirements.

In the event that you receive a package that is not to your liking, please feel free to reach out to us via email or chat. We are happy discuss your issue and will  honor exchanges for *errors in your delivery. (see below)

"Delivery Errors" may consist of but are not limited to: 

  1. Incorrect Length ( i.e- I ordered 18" and received 16")
  2. Incorrect Texture (i.e. - I ordered Loose Wave but received Body Wave)
  3. Incorrect Type (i.e.- I ordered Malaysian but received Peruvian)
  4. Incorrect Item (i.e.- I ordered a frontal and received a closure)


I Received My Hair But I Don't Like It. Can I Get A Refund?

All Bundle Outlet sales are Final. 

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

Additionally, 100% human hair may have slight variations in color, curl pattern, length and thickness. This is normal for non-synthetic hair. Please allow time to co-wash, with gentle conditioner and allow to air dry. You may be pleasantly surprised and fall in love with your hair afterward!

Products may vary slightly from manufacturer images. We invite you to leave honest reviews. 

All packages are sealed in plastic and are also safety sealed in their original satin bags. All hair bags are labeled with the style, length and texture. Read the label carefully before opening. If you have received the wrong product, please refer to our return and exchange policy

Do You Offer Wholesale?

Yes & No. Let me explain. Bundle Outlet offers DEEPLY discounted hair and special deals on name brand hair.  Oftentimes, our deals are on par with most wholesale prices for quality manufacturers.  We do not offer any wholesale pricing packages to our customers, however, if you are interested in purchasing in bulk (30+ products or more) please email us at:

How Long Do Your Deals Last?

Deals lengths tend to vary. Some deals will last for several months and others may only last until we run out of inventory. Deals are not guaranteed to return if our manufacturer/partners change their pricing. 


Is This Hair From The Original Manufacturer or Repackaged?

ALL hair on is 100% guaranteed to be from the original manufacturer listed in the description. The hair is NEVER opened nor repackaged and comes safety sealed by the original manufacturer.

Bundle Outlet is NOT a hair manufacturer. Bundle Outlet is a simply a RESELLER of quality name brand hair products from reputable companies. The hair is purchased through wholesale partnerships and the bulk of the savings are passed on to YOU, our lovely customer. 


How Long Will It Take For My Hair To Arrive?

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.

Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should typically be ship out by Tuesday or Wednesday). Please allow an additional  3-5 days for delivery after the processing period.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships.

Please be advised: ALL packages are shipped via USPS. If your order tracking number is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, please refer to the USPS policy for retrieving  your package. Bundle Outlet will not replace items marked as delivered. 

Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.
